ABOUT
I build winning franchises for the YouTube generation.
Kids aren’t growing up on cable—they’re growing up on YouTube. The brands that win understand that character affinity, platform behavior, and scalable content systems matter more than legacy thinking. That’s where I come in.
For 14+ years, I’ve developed, written, and scaled original animated + live-action content for iconic kids and family brands including Barbie, Monster High, Polly Pocket, American Girl, Disney Frozen, and Disney Princess.
I don’t just make award-winning content, I invent scalable systems that turn IP into modern franchises.
I created the Narrative Music Video format and the Playisode advertising asset—both of which became portfolio-wide standards inside one of the world’s largest entertainment companies. I helped scale Barbie to 17B+ lifetime views and contributed to $23–26M in annual YouTube revenue performance. My work represents nearly 20% of Barbie’s all-time top-performing videos across a 20-year channel history—and 16% of Monster High’s—while earning 17 industry awards across 12 original series and formats, including Telly Gold, AVA Digital, and Romics International recognition.
I don’t just develop content, I build franchise systems.
From AI-assisted animation pipelines and Unreal Engine productions to creator ecosystems and global format innovation, I build repeatable models that move IP from content into culture. I’ve led $8–10M productions, delivered +60% YoY audience growth during industry decline, and managed complex licensor relationships with Disney and Universal while keeping creative, audience, and business aligned.
I believe the biggest mistake legacy companies make is building the product first and trying to force the franchise after. It works the other way around: lead with content, lead with character affinity, and let the franchise scale from there.
That philosophy drives everything I build.
Now I’m bringing that full toolkit to what’s next—available for freelance showrunning, franchise development, and creative consulting, while independently building original AI-native IP including Cat and French Fry and Hey…It’s Vana.
